LASH + MICRO respects and values your time. The following policies were created to ensure that our artists’ time is also respected and valued:

We require a valid card on file and 100% prepayment in order to book an appointment.
Requests will only be accepted if this is completed.
The online booking system allows clients to book for full sets or foreign fills.
Clients may book for regular refills through the phone or in person at check out.
We require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel and reschedule your appointment.
If you show up at least 10 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment.
Prices are non-negotiable. We do not accept bookings from clients who negotiate prices. Promos or discounts will be stated on this site or on social media outlets.
We do not accept bookings from clients with multiple late arrivals or no shows.
All services and items are non-refundable.
